Fran Rittenhouse started his professional life as a member of the United States Army. After finishing his service in the line of duty, Fran decided to become a skilled trades worker, specializing in none other than terrazzo. Even before TerCon Systems’ creation, Fran Rittenhouse worked for another terrazzo restoration company, helping him gain useful insight into the vast yet underdeveloped terrazzo repair market. He noticed that the methods and results of terrazzo restoration were far less than satisfactory, for no other apparent reason than an unengineered process. As terrazzo gained popularity, Fran met with his brother, Dan, to discuss the possibility of buying out the rudimentary terrazzo repair company, to expand and revolutionize the processes. While the rest is history, what truly matters to you, the customer, is that Fran is still with TerCon Systems today, serving as a true expert.
